My pilates journey…

Started on 2011 Sydney Australia. Strongly influenced by all the teachers, instructors, and peers who have supported her along the journey to become a fully certified STOTT Certified Instructor. Her goal is to empower every individual to be able to understand own self-body better and going through mindfulness exercises will help enhance skill level.
